Well, it's not really his movie, so there's no reason for him to help promote it

Whether Joss has been brought on to either help Zack complete his vision or do a mass takeover, WB will still insist JL is Zack's baby.

I won't be there either. But I'll see the movie opening night.

Kudos to Snyder if he shows up. I agree, due to a terrible event, he was able to get out of the tedious parts of putting the film together, but he can still go and be praised for the work he did and didn't do anyway.

I'd imagine that being forced to cope with the fact that his daughter committed suicide is probably worse than having to handle post-production work on a movie he made.

You're right, more people who have to deal with that random, unrelated event should get featured panels at comic con. People are heartless sometimes.

My only point was that it would probably take a certain level of moving on for Snyder to show up at the Comic-Con panel, which is commendable to a degree. The whole reason he left production of JL to Whedon was because he needed time to cope with his daughter's death. There's no need for sarcasm.

I was not being sarcastic, it's very bad they're turning these people away. Maybe comic con isn't all it's made out to be.
