IMDb says this case was based on the Manson murders, but you listen to how they talk about the cult, to belong you have to steal as much money as you can from your parents, kids cut off all contact with parents, nobody is allowed to leave, you have to go to court just to get your child out of it, etc., it sounds a lot like those damn Moon people. Anybody else think so?
