dancing on the fire tops
tiny little mary was just too small to do it on her own so we took turns to carry her as far away from her home dancing on the fire tops of the incendiaries the democracies had blown from the cannons they call leave well enough alone i told mary to be brave that not all of us are slaves to the machines that rave she smiled and said another marshmallow please as we settled that night in her secret cave.
some men claim to be your friends while others truly are monsters pretending to be brave.
sjw 07/10/17 inspired at this very moment in time by the children of syria divided by the children of iraq.
