Did you use the ramen packets? Seems like salt city. But I see ways to modify it. I do something similar with brown rice bowls.

This was really good! Used six packs of ramen, but five would be plenty. I added the noodles last though. Wanted the onions and cabbage to be cooked to my liking before adding the noodles so they wouldn't disintegrate! Yum!

I don't dump cups of sugar on my food, nor recommend doing so, it's unhealthy. I didn't have any fish sauce or sweet soy sauce either, so I used ginger, garlic, and teriyaki sauce. Recipes are just guidelines you know! You can modify as needed. Sounds good, MM. Yeah, I'm going sugar-busters and low-carb. At least trying to, anyway. They sneak sugar into damn near everything nowadays. lol
