The Toll of the Sea 1922 with Anna May Wong, I only know about it since there was a clip from it in a docomentary called Glorious Technicolor 1998 that was a bonus in my Robin Hood double DVD, it's mentioned as the first two-colour Technicolor that didn't need a special projector to show it.
