Since we have one for The Terminator, I'm going to throw one up for Die Hard as well. I consider the first two films classics, so I'm not going to bother listing them. My vote goes towards Live Free or Die Hard simply because they decided to tone down the swearing. Seriously? Die Hard is about a disgruntled cop and his big mouth. Cursing is basically a necessity in this franchise. Because of this, and the fact that they went down the PG-13 route, I consider it the worst. They tried to rectify the situation by making the fifth installment R-rated, but this movie had one fatal flaw: Jai Courtney. The guy is poison. Just look at Terminator Genisys. Plus, the fact that John McClane had a son was idiotic. As for the third installment, I've never had a problem with Die Hard with a Vengeance. Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson were the perfect duo. The dialogue they exchange is absolutely hilarious. Granted, I haven't seen it in donkey's years, but I remember being in stitches when I saw this movie in theaters in 1995. Yippee ki-yay, mother-(GUN SHOT)!!!

I've heard the last one (A Good Day To Die Hard) is the worst. Willis phones it in, the stunts are ridiculous (even for a Die Hard film) and the movie is bathed in that "teal and orange" look.

A good day to die hard is the worst. A real crappy way to end the series.

I love Die Hard With a Vengeance (bar the the last 15-20 minutes) and have never seen the fifth film, so I voted for Live Free and Die Hard (2007). Dull and pointless.

I tried watching A Good Day to Die Hard and stopped after 45 mins. Ugh. It made Live Free or Die Hard look like the first

A Good Day to Die Hard is the only one I couldn't finish watching.
Vengeance was my 2nd favorite sequel though. I liked it better than 2.

The one where Bruce Willis goes flying out of a manhole. Dreck.

While it is annoying and stupid that Live Free or Die Hard is PG-13 (though the director's cut is rated-R), it is still much better than A Good Day to Die Hard. A Good Day to Die Hard is the only right answer . It's Die Hard in name only.

id like to assume that anyone who does not pick the 2013 film as the worst simply has not seen it

I still have yet to see the last ne, but I thought number four got a bit of a bad rap. It wasn't as hard hitting as the previous movies thanks to the PG-13 rating, but I honestly found it more enjoyable than Diehard 2, which always came off bland to me.

The only thing that I liked about " A GOOD DAY TO DIE HARD" was Yuliya Snigir (She played the Villain "Irina").
