I don't think Fowler has it this year, again. Maybe he gets amped for the Tour Championship sick of not winning a big one.

I'll go with Westwood.

I am not as exited as I havent played

off course I always back westy .


There is a saving in sports - if you dont win it you dont deserve it


But the problem wit golf is ultimately you are measured on major wins - and westy is better than most major winners (and a huge proportion of single major winners)

In Tennis i think its fine to do this - its match play - in golf you play at different times, you have so many variables of luck, spike marks, who else is plating well,

Sergio was getting close to not getting one - westy may never get one despite a major record that is up there with the best if you just top 3(9) and top 10(18) - 32 top 25's.


ok the open is not westy's course he is a drop and stop man ( ithink next mastirs is his)- but still he is accurate with his long game- so its no disadvantage - his concern is how he putts


he wont be able to stiff 14 out of 18 each round!! then miss half the 5 footers....but he can still gt about - if wester knew watson would 3 putt the 18th westy may not have rushed his putt on the 18th and have got in the play off. he has had a few top 3is at the open. he knows links enough.

when was the last time (this year) westy played well?

The wind shouldn't effect those guys in front much. All low ball hitters.
