I actually agree with you there. That said, when you consider all the terrorist atrocities committed by Wahhabis in recent years (the most recent being the attacks in England just a few months ago), having someone come knocking on your door, to solicit their religion, is just a very minor inconvenience. You can always find something worse. All the terrorist atrocities committed by Wahhabis are a minor inconvenience if you're tied up in a basement having your fingernails pulled out. ...and being tied up having your fingernails pulled out is a very minor inconvenience compared to some other things I could mention. That doesn't mean that it isn't rude and obnoxious to bother people at their homes (dinner hour) to feed them some religion they could easily get on the internet if they were interested. I don't mind when they stand on street corners like spiritual prostitutes, at least then they're not knocking on your door. True. Its the same with telemarketers, & other people that peddle stuff. I don't mind seeing them on the corners of every street passing out Bibles & tracts either. When I was in Europe last month, I saw plenty of them doing that (giving out religious stuff on the corners), & as I already told AJ, I also saw Hare Krishnas prancing through the streets of a couple of the cities which I had visited. What I annoyed from JWs last month, was when I visited this one Catholic Church, which was famous for housing a well known Icon, was, when I entered the Church, and found all the pamphlets giving info about the Icon, etc., I found a JW tract among them. Obviously, a JW dropped inside the Church to leave it among them. That is very rude, entering another faith's place of worship to solicit one's own religion!!!

It would be so fun and hilarious to catch someone doing something like that, I bet they'd make a run for it like they just pulled off the caper of the century.

About 20 years ago or so, when I was in St. Michael's Cathedral in Toronto (which is head Church of the Toronto ArchDiocese), a kid came in with some papers he had photocopied, inviting people to his own church for Bible study. He asked me if I was a Born Again Christian, to which I replied, "Yes, I am a Born Again Christian. I have been Baptized." He responded, "IS THAT WHAT THEY TAUGHT YOU?!?!" Again I answered, "Yes," & that has ALWAYS been what Christianity has taught, & walked away. The Cathedral's janitor heard my debating with him, & stopped what he was working on, & came up to him, & asked him what he was doing there in the Cathedral, & when the young man replied that he was sharing out invites for Bible study, for anyone who was interested, the janitor told him to leave. What you said there, about infiltrating enemy territory, is actually a great idea!!! Maybe that's what we should all do with the JWs: Enter into their Kingdom Halls, & leave off pamphlets for Catholicism, atheism, Zen, Hare Krishna, Wicca, or Scientology, etc. After all, as the saying goes, "What's good for the goose, is good for the gander."

It would also be a surreal experience if we could knock on the doors of the homes of JWs, Mormons, & other door-to-door missionaries, & solicit our own religious views, except for the fact, we would probably have to go out of our own ways to find out where those people all live (JWs, etc., proselytize indiscriminately for their own faith).
