Fantastic Four, because I'm so sick of the X-Men, I doubt I would even go a Marvel Studios made X-Men Film. WHY because the great x-men films does a good job in exposing how stupid, shallow and medicore the mcu movies are? how predictable for the average mcu fan lunatic that never cared about marvel until the mcu came along. ask me again why true marvel fans and mcu fans will never get along where it counts. Nah, the X-Men movies are merely last bastions for people ashamed of comics before the MCU came along and made people realize CBMs didn't have to be creatively bankrupt 'grounded' works to be accepted by the public.

Neither. The good X-Men movies are far better than the mcu movies. mcu already struggled with topping the older spiderman movies, I doubt they will get near the likes of X2, DOFP and Logan. and please x-men becoming light and fun and filled with jokes + crappy villains wont suit x-men. x-men is meant to be grounded, serious and using comics to tackle real human issues. As for F4, it is possible for any studio to make a good movie out of this series but it must be down in good faith and less ignorance. Nah, they've already surpassed Raimi in one movie. And X2 only did well because it didn't have real competition and people were still ashamed of comics back in 2003. Logan had artificial boosters from it being Jackman's swan song, made the critics go easy on it. DOFP had the artificial boosters from the old cast and Singer coming back, other than that it was just the same old story. X-Men is not meant to be "grounded", and the movies have always sucked at tackling anything resembling real prejudice. MCU X-Men would be about the X-Men, instead of taking the lazy way out and making the villain the star of the show.

What incarnation(s) of the X-Men would you prefer onscreen in the MCU? Which villains, regardless of their prominence or lack thereof, would you rather see them adapt? Are there specific "classic" X-Men stories you would like to see? What ways or types of events would you ideally use to cross them over into the larger MCU arena? And so on.

I wouldn't mind it if they picked-and-choosed which X-Men to make up the team instead of just sticking to specific eras. I'd like lesser known villains, like maybe Sauron or Krakoa. Maybe an adaptation of Giant Sized X-Men, the Krakoa storyline.

The original lineup: Professor X with Cyclops, Jean Gray, Beast, and Iceman as teenagers, plus Jubilee, Rogue, and any others for more variety. Plus Storm, Wolverine, and more as additional faculty.
