Would he become "Spider-Thor"?
Spider-Thor Spider-Thor, does whatever a Spider-God does. Spins a web, any size. Picks up Mjolnir, then he flies. Looook Ouuuuuuuuut. Here comes Spider Thor!
I would watch that movie. And so would you.

Won't work. Spider would need some kind of adamantium fangs and superhuman strength to even penetrate Thor's skin.

I feel like the magic of Thors lineage would trump normal radioactive spiders. But were it a radioactive spider from Asgard...I'd say yes.
Although his ability to wield Mjolnir is dependent on him being worthy. Not saying becoming a spider based powered asgardian would disqualify him...but it could have an adverse affect on his disposition.

Would he become "Spider-Thor"? 1 ) "Radiation" is not a "conventional disease" and 2 ) "Resistance to injury" is not the same as "injury proof"

1 ) "Radiation" is not a "conventional disease" and 2 ) "Resistance to injury" is not the same as "injury proof" Spider fangs need to break skin that is usually strong enough to resist bullets. Look at the battle scenes. Thor tends to show less damage
