Final Girl falls down when we're supposed to believe that Abigail Breslin is some ultra tough fighter who can take down grown men. One puff of wind and she'd be blown away. Plot is silly, and predictable. The ethereal 50s atmosphere is tantalizing, however.
Final Girls was silly, but somewhat enjoyable.

I did enjoy them both, and it's also really funny that they came out the same year (2015) and feature the same actor.
Final GIRL was alright. Entertaining, but ultimately standard entertainment. Final GIRLS (plural) was more humorous, with a great sense of fun toward that nostalgic 80s camp slasher era.
Both solid fun though.
