I tuned in for a few minutes and saw the announcement. I'm definitely tuning in to see this.

Typcial, WWE. Why save a potentially big match like that for a pay per view?
Instead, it gets a one week build up and is given away on tv.

Yeah, WWE definitely has a problem with making big matches these days. Sometimes they don't even happen when they could(see The Undertaker vs Sting), or they happen too soon(exibit John Cena vs Nakumara), and in this case, I think the latter is persisting more right now. I know I felt the same way when Samoa Joe had his first match with Roman Reigns on Raw instead of at a big ppv, so even though I look forward to the Smackdown main event next week, I understand your rejection of it.
Hopefully this is just a one off, because i'd hate to see a match like Chris Jericho vs Nakumara also spoiled on a regular episode of Smackdown.

I tuned in for a few minutes and saw the announcement. I'm definitely tuning in to see this. I hope Cena goes over clean so I can listen to 99.9% of the WWE 'Universe' complain about 'The Golden Shovel' who buries everybody. Cena's promo on Mihal on Tuesday was great. He's still 'the guy'. Always will be until he says so. It was a nice lil hiatus he took from the main event scene for the past few years or so. Product sucked. Ratings spiked when he returned. Big Daddy is home to take names and numbers <--- prepares to get tarred and feathered

I'm sorry NXT/Indy fanboys. This guy just doesn't get it. He looks like a spastic 'Michael Jackson' with downs syndrome coming down to the ramp. This is what is 'over' today? Guess maybe I haven't seen his work - another poster reccomended I go to Youtube and watch Sami Zayn (another vanilla bore) vs. Nakamura in NXT. Huh? That's what's special today? Go watch a Great Muta Vs. Sting match, Sting vs. Vader - and I'm not a Sting fan. Flair Vs. Muta. Cats like this and how they're wildly over are why I scratch my head and have been for years and I rarely tune in anymore.

Just like Hogan when he want to WWE he started working safer. I think he's a lot smarter than you're giving him credit for.

As amazing as The Young Bucks are Matt is only like 30 years old and he's having back pains.

I like a good balance. Nakamura really perfected a balance between strong style and American style in NXT. His matches with Zayne, Rude, Joe, and others were incredible, hard-hitting and dramatic.
But, as with most NXT alumni, that changed once he got to the main roster.
The main roster for some reason seems to want to book all the faces as underdogs. They even try to do it to Cena. Cena hasn't been an underdog in over a decade. Despite what Roman says, Cena is the top dog.

Yeah - 'The Golden Shovel' just buried somebody again. You Cena haters suck - and this Nakamura guys sucks. Indy fanboys that choose to root for the flavor of the month and who it's 'cool' to root for and hate on somebody because it's cool to hate on them ala Reigns and Cena - this Nakamura guy blows.

Can the title change 3 times at SS? Nakamura beats Jinder, Corbin cashes in then loses to Cena (neither have an opponent at SS) later in the night? Intriguing!

I liked the main event. Of course I didn't expect to see Nakamura win. That spot where Nakamura dropped Cena on his head looked scary.
But I gotta say I have zero interest in seeing Nakamura vs. Mahal at SummerSlam. Maybe I'll watch the pay per view if someone is willing to pitch in half of the price of the pay per view.

Cena vs Nakamura should've been the big money match.

I naturally thought John Cena would win since he's the American hero, and Jinder Mahal is the biggest anti- American heel on the roster, just waiting to have a match with him at a big ppv like Summerslam. I guess I can live with Nakumara winning though, based on how he goes about his success in America as opposed to how Jinder Mahal goes about his own. He's probably gonna see Nakumara as an unprepared, foolish sell out, and Nakumara will just make him even more jealous.
On a side note, Nakumara is still undefeated in singles competition.
