I mean online not against the computer, for me No, I've been about 10-0 down in Fifa and still played to the end, I've been 4 kills and 22 deaths in Call of Duty online but I would never quit, its only a game who cares, if you take the highs you have to take the lows too - thats my motto

Yeah, endless times in Fifa. There were times where I threw a water bottle on the wall due to frustrating misses or goals against me. Or when the player doesn't do what I told him to.

Yeah.
Usually it was in tactical games where you had a chance to hit like early X-Com or Jagged Alliance. Nothing like missing multiple easy shots in a row, round after round, to make you call it bullshit, rage out, and quit. That said, I still liked them enough to come back after a break.

Quit in the middle of a game, no. Quit after being soundly trashed many times, yes.

Not really. My "gamer rage" kind of went away when I got to my teenage years. I did break many NES controllers when I was about 10-12 years old, though.

Ever?
Hell yeah.
I used to road rage really hard too.
Not anymore though.

Yeah I have. Usually I'm out at the first sign of someone glitching. I'm not going to give some guy who is camped out in a wall somewhere free kills.
I play a lot of Uncharted 4 and if I'm on a team of randoms who insist on being lone wolves and not playing as a team and we are facing a party of 5 who run around joined at the hip I will bail. It gets frustrating when you are shooting at one guy and 4 others are shooting you in the process and you have 4 other team mates who are somewhere else on the map doing lord knows what.

Probably doesn't count, but just when a game really sucks/is really programmed poorly.
For example, I didn't make it very far into Ride to Hell: Retribution before I tossed it into the garbage, cursing at it.
Re playing with other folks online, I almost never do that. Occasionally I try it, but so far I haven't really liked the vast majority of online gaming. I want online gaming to be more story-oriented, or at least more cooperative/exploratory/adventure-oriented, etc., where if there's no story you're goofing around in a friendly way and discovering things, having new experiences, etc.
Anyway, I pretty much only play for story or for fun/goofing around. I'm not looking for competition. I don't like if games are too challenging. I usually play on whatever the easiest setting is, and I often use cheats. Again, I'm just looking to have fun, and doing something over and over and over in frustration isn't fun to me. I can buy a new game every week (I don't actually buy games that often, partially because I like replaying great games after a few years, but I could buy games that often). I don't need a game to last for months while I keep repeating something to conquer it.

Most of the time I'll do it because the internet where I live is trash and trying to do anything with lag is a headache. I've never quit mid-game just because I'm losing. I'd have to quit a lot if that was the case
