Plot: The friendship of a prime minister and a king on a distant planet, which live in the same palace. The king's granddaughter falls in love with the prime minister's son*. 

*Because a monarch is typically much older than a prime minister, hence the king's granddaughter and the prime minister's son could be around the same age. 

A gender swap remake of I Spit On Your Grave, where the rapists are played by Alexandra Daddarrio and Haley King and I play the helpless victim. Directed by David Fincher because he can make anything classy. Gary Oldman has a scene chewing supporting role.

Historical Epic about Emperor Justinian and Empress Theodora of the Byzantine (Eastern Roman Empire). Could base the film off the Secret Histories by Procopius or be more legit and deal with the riots between the Blues and Greens at the Hippodrome races (Nika Riots) or the Great Plague that occurred during Justinian's reign. Or, could deal with intrigue between his General Belisarius during his campaign to retake Italy or North Africa. So much surrounds the history of this great Emperor that it is very surprising that no major Hollywood films have been made about him or the Empire during the period.

Director: Denis Villeneuve (Ridley Scott would be my number one pick but he has shown he is too revisionist when it comes to historical films although I do like them, what I'm getting at is he tries to put a modern mindset on historical figures)
