The Steelers play the Browns weeks 1 and 17. Is there any way that the Browns have the same starting quarterback for both?

The Steelers play the Browns weeks 1 and 17. Is there any way that the Browns have the same starting quarterback for both? I can see that happening if the week 1 starter gets injured and then comes back later in the season. Or if the week 1 starter blows, but then all the replacements get injured and they have to start someone. |
