Some really like to derail threads so checking all the options in the member block list would this actually mean they cannot see what I'm posting and the threads. I can make sure I don't see their posts or threads but I do think they can still see mine.
The option "Do not let this member start new conversations with me." I was thinking they either could not quote me or see what I'm posting. But they sure can still do both. What does that option do actually?
The only options I'm sure about that work are
