Can't stand her and am looking forward to her horrible death but I kinda can't blame her for avenging Mercella's death. It was so unecessary and pointless. Ellaria was there and saw what we all did, Oberyn played himself. Period.

I hate her too. Only two other characters I've hate that much...Joffrey and Ramsay. Her death will be welcome and long over due.

I love her. Her character is absolutely fabulous and I can't imagine what the show would b without her. I really hope she doesn't die this season.

Oddly, I kinda felt she went fairly soft on Ellaria. Yeah, it's perfect poetic justice, but it's not typical Cersei to just take one eye for one eye. She always escalates.
So Tyene is going to die by the same poison that killed Myrcella. But the death isn't particularly sadistic though. There were all kinds of things Cersei could have made Ellaria watch the Mountain do to Tyene before actually killing her...

I think she's been fantastic this season. I was expecting to immediately dislike her but she's handling this war like a boss on all fronts.

Although I'm liking Cersei & Jaime, the reason they are winning is become the story is written that way.
Their victories haven't made a lot of sense to me.

GOT has had the greatest villains fans root against. Ramsey and Cersei have to be on the top of people's list. If Jaime doesn't kill Cersei by end of this season I will be pissed. He HAS to realize how mad she is.

If she doesn't die this season or soon after, it diminishes the impact of the Winter King.
I imagined that the white walkers would get an entire season to themselves although that wouldn't necessarily mean Cersei dying in the process.

I don't doubt that. It's just unfortunate that I think it's going to happen next season and not this one.

Cersei is the savior Westeros have been waiting for.
But sadly she will probably die this season

It would be a great twist if Cersei just keeps the Iron Throne throughout the whole thing and Dany has to flee to the North or deal with her at the end.
She (Dany) was acting a bit too much like a BOSS this episode, so maybe she gets yet another humbling.

I detest Cersei for the things she's done but she's fascinating to watch thanks to Lena Headey, who plays her like an enigma, cold as ice, with very little emotion. I don't blame her for a moment for taking revenge for the death of her daughter and such revenge! Can't wait to see how she'll react to the news that Lady Olenna was responsible for Joffrey's murder.
