I wonder how long it will be until Donald Trump starts taking credit for Los Angeles getting the 2028 Olympics. I am almost certain that at some point that EPIC Idiot is going to even though it was actually Eric Garcetti (He is the current Mayor of Los Angeles) who is really responsible for it.

Well, if they want it, they can have it. Paris 2024 because no other bidders.
Biggest waste of money ever. Just name 10 or so permanent cities each for Summer & Winter, & throw it on rotation. Allow international tourism discounts & whatnot to open the locations up during the host years, to make them as globally inclusive as can be.
