I think Neighbors (1981) with John Belushi also had heavy drug use during the filming of that film.

The set during production of 'The Last House On The Left' (1972) was said to be a shady proposition for all concerned, employing performers from all walks of life. Despite this, it's proven to be one of the most influential horror films of the modern era.
Dennis Hopper had worked second unit on 'The Trip' (1967) and was quick to seize upon ideas explored by his mentor Roger Corman with his watershed biker expose 'The Wild Angels' (1966). Hopper directed the seminal biker picture 'Easy Rider' (1969) and then embarked upon his magnum opus 'The Last Movie' (1971). Long in gestation, 'The Last Movie' proved a difficult film to piece together, with Hopper stating that the studio gave him final cut and he cut his own throat (as paraphrased). It was many years before Hopper's next feature 'Out Of The Blue' (1980) was put into production. Dennis Hopper said in interviews his politics changed and he got clean, performing dry for David Lynch and Tim Hunter in 'Blue Velvet' (1986) and 'River's Edge' (1987) respectively. When he returned to directing, the seminal gang culture thriller 'Colors' (1988) brought its own temptations. Hopper's crime picture 'The Hot Spot' (1990) was a critical hit but his definitive crime masterpiece 'Catchfire' (1990) was made under duress and he refused an official credit in favour of generic pseudonym Alan Smithee. The original screenplay was written by Rachel Kronstadt Mann, it was then re-written by Ann Louise Bardach, and during the 1988 Writers Guild of America strike, Hopper had hired Alex Cox to do another rewrite having already begun shooting. Jodie Foster - no stranger to Corman proteges during her career - fought furiously with Hopper and recalled filming as a bad experience though she respected her director's talent. The alternate cut 'Backtrack' ran significantly longer than the theatrical version. Smarting and hurt, Hopper called in many old friend to make the wonderful comedy 'Chasers' (1994), a riff upon his old buddy Hal Ashby's black comedy 'The Last Detail' (1973). His career as a director, however, was by now pretty much over. Hopper had a reputation as a difficult director and it seems nobody knew when drugs were or weren't involved.

Caddyshack was also a coked out set, I hear.
Speaking of Dennis Hopper, I hear his performance in Apocalypse Now was heavily drug influenced. I'd be surprised if he was the only one tripping balls in that set.

Brando gets a $1 million advance then threatens to keep the money and not show up. When he does, he’s drunk, overweight, and didn’t read the script.

Larry Clark's Bully for sure. Apparently the young cast was able to drink & get high on all sorts of stuff according to some of the cast & crew .
And Easy Rider & Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas HAD to have a lot of drug use during the filming process right?? lol I am just guessing here cause Hopper was a WILD man back in the day . And any project involving Hunter S would surely have a good amount of drug use too .

Maximum Overdrive (1986). Stephen King admits that he was "coked out of [his] mind all through its production".
