All the reunions have been cool for one reason or another.
But I really hate where Brans character has gone.

There has been good development of Jon and Dany relationship. Of course the most special person for Jon is Arya so it will be a great reunion. But might not happen this season or might never happen ever. I believe GRRM's bitter sweet ending might entail Arya's death.

What would be really bitter sweet is if Jon killed Arya by an accident or Arya killed Jon by accident.

I haven't seen it but I'm not surprised those much awaited "reunions" are all disappointing. These people were all broken in different ways and there's no chance they'll ever be the "happy Stark family" of the first episode again, no matter how much emofools want to believe in it.

I was especially hurt at his indifference towards Meera. But you also got to feel for Bran because he sees so many evil and horrifying things in his visions. Most of the bad things of this world. Just imagine how we would feel if we had visions and most of which are not good and in fact utterly horrible.

All the reunions have been cool for one reason or another. But I really hate where Brans character has gone. There's a tragedy about it that I appreciate. It's like Arya returning home only to understand it isn't home anymore. Winterfell is a shadow, a ghost of its former self. The same can be said for all of the Stark children. Jon may have literally died and come back but all of the remaining Starks have become darker versions of themselves. Arya saw herself as a warrior, Sansa a Lady of a great house. They've both become exactly that, but not at all as they intended. Their dreams have come true in a sense, under a cloud of sadness and regret. Bran knows all and seems to have traded his humanity for that knowledge. There's a passage in the books where Beric Dondarrion talks about coming back from the dead time and time again; how each time he comes back he has lost a part of himself. In a sense the Starks have all undergone this transformation; they've survived terrible situations but lost a part of their souls along the way. There's a melancholy about it that I find compelling.

I was never anxious for a meeting with them...At least not for the reason others may have. I like it from a diplomatic standpoint and their conversations have been great. They are not emotional though and I was never expecting them to be.
So the Stark reunions were always going to have more impact since the tragedy of the story started with them.

But when Bran gave Arya the dagger, it was like concurring to her list and her path. Also his denial of the Lordship => Sansa station as Lady of Winterfell. And no-one is plotting against Jon and his station as leader. The wolfs pack is preparing for the last battle.
