Personally speaking. It makes you open to everything, and you try your best to stay positive.

But you really 'open' to all gods, including those long forgotten? Are you 'open' to Scientology?
A lot of 'agnostics' seem to be those who were raised Christians, or who were at one time Christians, but emotionally cannot quite bear to let go of Christianity.

I enjoy reading fiction, and enjoy the characters in fictional movies, tv shows, books. No, i explore everything, including

"It makes you open to everything"
It really doesn't, just because your "open" to the possibility of God, doesn't mean your gonna be open to every God theory. I'm "agnostic" towards the JFK assassination, I don't know why he was killed and am open to different reasons, doesn't mean I'm gonna entertain every bizzare conspiracy theory. Similarly most agnostics probably aren't gonna be open to the possibility of something like say Zeus or Scientology. A lot of agnostics aren't really gonna open to the possibility of the God of the Bible or the Koran either(they really don't make much sense when held to scrutiny), that's often why they become agnostic in the first place. Really a lot of "agnostics" are just atheists that don't like the label.

I'm not sure if I agree, but I'm open to the possibility that you're right.

If it works for you, than that's all that matters. Personally, I believe it works for me to be a Christian.

Robert Anton Wilson usually referred to himself as an "Agnostic Gnostic," i like that.

Personally speaking. It makes you open to everything, and you try your best to stay positive. Can you be an agnostic and not believe in a God? IOW, agnosticism seems to be a sort of "I'm not sure." But in the meantime, you either think there is a God or you don't. If you do, you are a theist. If you don't think there is a God it seems you're an atheist. How does one just arbitrarily decide to be an agnostic and "choose" not to have an opinion?

Personally speaking. It makes you open to everything, and you try your best to stay positive. Just FYI, most atheists are agnostic as well.
Atheism means you don't have belief in a god. Agnostic means you don't have knowledge of a god. It's not a middle ground position.
Atheists are very often open to the idea of a god. All you need to do is demonstrate one is real, or even at the very least could be real. There just isn't evidence to make it something worth taking seriously however, so we don't.
We're also very positive, so I don't know what you mean thinking we aren't.
