Do you prepare different menu items each day? Or are you okay with eating the same thing for dinner on two or more consecutive nights (or the same thing for lunch, breakfast, etc.)?

I try to vary things as much as I can, but there are certain things that are staples (so they reappear often).
My most common meat course is chicken cooked in the oven in olive oil.

When I'm home is different than when I'm on the road.
At home:
I'm fine with eating the same thing for the same meal on consecutive days, but I don't usually do that for anything but breakfast.
Sometimes five days in a row I'll eat the same thing for breakfast. Sometimes I might eat the same thing M-W-F, and then the same different thing Tu-Th, and then something different on both Saturday and Sunday.
My wife works normal M-F 9-5 hours for the most part (though she travels a lot, too). So when we're both home, Saturdays and Sundays are different for us, as is the case with many people. When I'm working at home, as I have been for much of this year, I make Sat-Sun my days off, too.
Lunch and dinner I won't usually repeat more often than once per week. But, I don't always eat lunch or dinner, especially lately. It's more common lately for me to only eat two meals per day, with a bit of snacking in between. Snacks are often the same on consecutive days.
On the road--it really depends on the situation, what's available, etc.
