What are the things from the books you wanted to happen in the show? You can choose 3 things.
I haven't read the books myself yet (even though I want to read them when I have time for it) so I googled a bit and found these options for the poll. It's therefore possible I haven't included some thing you wanted to happen, so there's also the option 'Other'.

My picks would be Lady Stoneheart (she sounds awesome), the Dorne storyline & Tysha.

One true King of Westeros, King Stannis of House Baratheon, should have been in the show right now.

A few thoughts:
- A more faithful interpretation of Lord Beric. I like him on the show, but he should be more hollowed out spiritually, as in the books.
- Septon Meribald's speech about boys who go to war
- A deeper exploration of Brienne's character. She's still a fantastic character on the show, but she's got so much depth in the books that they've never even touched on the show.
- Flashbacks of Ned. Several times in the books, the Stark children remember things Eddard taught them or moments they shared.
These are all nitpicks, the show doesn't need them. Still, it would've been great to see that stuff on screen.

One of the most annoying things about not getting a sixth book was the ghost of Winterfell plot. I hate when mysteries/stories are open ended so I was hoping the show would introduce and complete it. So when Mance was burned alive I was annoyed since I knew it wouldn't complete it for it.

However, I do like Sansa's story arc better in the show.

The story of Mance Raider glamouring as Rattleshirt and infiltrating Winterfell with "Spearwives" is one of the ridiculous things that were better left out. There are many. The Dornish plot was less so, although too complex, and I wish something more subtle had been made of it in the show, where it was botched and turned into something nonsensical.
