So, were the animals inside and outside your house freaking out during the eclipse? My parakeets seemed agitated, and I noticed that the outside birds were even more so--bluejays were having fistfights (okay, beakfights), other birds were flying more aimlessly, and one or two were knocking against the windows. One of the local squirrels, which normally don't get too close to the house, was peering into a window. Is this something that often occurs during an eclipse?
The dog (at left) didn't seem to care, as usual.
