Underrated. People describe it as like an R rated after school special...it definitely could've used some fine tuning, but to me it was always scary as hell, because it was real, it was believable, women get murdered by their husbands all the time in real life, and children are often the victims too, just in real life the kids don't usually catch onto what's happening and try to stop them. The ending had me about hitting the ceiling, come out of NOWHERE.

Honestly I thought it was pretty crazy. Entertaining, but tonally jarring. Michael Winner sure did push boundries, as subtlety never crossed his mind... especially here.
