He writes "...I have a mixed heritage family..." So he understands. I hope more people will come to understand as well.

He'll get some "good vibes" attention for this. Probably a gig for a MCU villain. Taskmaster perhaps?

He cant just pull out of a contract like that--the studio would sue him unless they were friendly to the idea? He said he was of mixed race--I see Jewish of Austrian descent.
Harry Potter was not portrayed by an Anglo-Saxon either-was the character supposed to be?
If so, isn't that Jewish-washing or Kosher washing? Sounds like just an excuse for the media to promote a tired remake and also attack whitey as they love to do.

Sounds like just an excuse for the media to promote a tired remake and also attack whitey as they love to do. I know it is really, really hard for people who are as fundamentally stupid and uneducated as you to understand how the world actually works, but when the creators of a character have traditionally, one after medium after another, made that character one particular ethnicity, there is a justified expectation that movie-makers will follow that direction. There is no conspiracy against us white folks, despite all your Nazi fueled theories. You are just a worthless White supremacist nutcase with no grasp of objective reality,

There is no conspiracy against us white folks Screw off. The guy should be penalized for breaking a contract but he is not. You can trust the Wall Street media if you want to-for those of us who have more intelligence do us the courtesy of staying in your playpen and quit be an annoyance. A minor one but still.

There is no conspiracy against us white folks The guy should be penalized for breaking a contract but he is not. You have no evidence whatsoever to prove he broke any kind of contract. Of course, being one of the resident nutcases, you don't deal in evidence at all. You just make crap up. Calls for evidence from you will never be met with any kind of serious response, because you have no sane basis for anything you post. You live in hateful Nazi fantasy land of your own mental creation.

You have no evidence whatsoever to prove he broke any kind of contract. You can't read very well bwana. They said he had been selected for the part--aka done deal aka signed contract (or what-they use verbal agreements now?) and he suddenly can just walk away? It's either bs or tribal nepotism or both. Keep clueless--I dont care-it lets me bounce things off you like in racquetball.

The best part about this is that he basically guaranteed a struggling Asian actor the role. No way will they replaced him with another white person.

Idk people are calling him spinless and coward for doing the right thing The studio people said he was doing the right thing and they understand. Lucky for him he works for people who arent so ruthless. Michael Keaton has his career torpedoed because he didnt want to do a third Batman film and I dont think he was contractually obligated to make it. They punished him anyway.

I could care less. Hellboy doesen't need a remake/reboot. The cast isn't very impressive and if they're sticking more to the comics that's not necessarily a good thing in my opinion. The comics weren't very good. The movies were much better in my opinion.

Remember 'The Legend of Hercules'? That's from this studio.

I believe you meant to say you could not care less. "I could care less" suggests you care a fair bit and there is room for more indifference.

I believe you meant to say you could not care less. "I could care less" suggests you care a fair bit and there is room for more indifference. I think people are implying sarcasm when phrasing it that way. Most people actually say "I could care less" as I have experienced.
