I love women tennis players. And don't be a perv. I am not talking about their tight bodies, their glistening thighs, their tits hanging down when they serve...oh, OK, we all love that. But no, there is more.
Women tennis players are the only athletes out there speaking out (in a very nasty manner) against a drug cheat amongst them. Sharapova gets blasted every day by the women in the US Open. Calling her a cheater, questioning why the hell was she given a wild card berth, pissed off that a cheater is given the center court prime time night play at Ashe Stadium while others have to slog it out on the side courts...oh, these girls don't hold back.
And think about this: in what other sport do fellow athletes savagely rip apart a drug cheat amongst them? None! Our baseball players and football players have said nothing about the cheaters amongst them. They have less balls then our female tennis players. I love those girls. Such hate in their voices when they speak of that drug cheat Sharapova.

Here in Britain, the commentators and guys speaking in the studio go mental whenever a drug cheat is taking part in a race. I like tuning in whenever Justin Gatlin is running just to hear the disdain in their voices.
And not just the American runners, when Dwayne Chambers (British 100m sprinter) failed a drug test and came back, we hounded him out the game, because that's what we do in Britain. he was never the same after that, we shamed him out the game and not only that we told him "you're not representing us in the Olympics, if you want to run in the Olympics you better try and get American citizenship or something, coz there's not a god damn chance in hell we are sending you to Beijing wearing the Union Jack and bringing that world famous flag and Her Majesty The Queen into disrepute" (or words to those effect).
He tried to get his Olympic ban overturned in the British High Courts (as technically he was eligible to run), but you know what, they laughed in his face and told him where to go.
For me, the US Open is now a duff event, it has less legitimacy as a sporting contest than the Harrow and Wealdstone egg and spoon race.
