Each time I see these movies available at Netflix I have a half-sec "hmmm, maybe I should check these out" moment before remembering: lol, Uwe Boll, 'nuff said.
Any reason to sit through them for So Bad It's Good lulz?

I actually like the first one. It's a bad movie no doubt about it, but it's very gory and Kristanna Loken is hot.
The other 2 are pretty boring.
Also, Uwe Boll made a couple of good movies.

In Tales from the Script (2009), the writer of BloodRayne, Guinevere Turner, tells a story about how a friend called her up to prepare her for the fact the Uwe Boll was letting the actors have a pass at re-writing their scenes.
I tried watching it a few years ago but didn't make it very far into it before deciding that it wasn't for me, but I can't speak to whether it's bad or not.
Also, I've heard that Uwe Boll's later films were actually pretty good, but by that time, his reputation for making bad films was keeping people away from his name. As I understand it, he has retired from filmmaking now.

I sure do remember the PS2 game, I played that one pretty much on daily basis for a few weeks in may of 2003, just having Bloodrayne jumping up and down, up and down, and then to kill and endless army of zombie nazis. The film however was horrible, and I think I gave it a 2/10 and the only good thing about it was Kristinna Loken.

Recently watched all three back to back. As far as Uwe Boll films go, they seem better than the others I've seen. Boll has his pet actors, it seems, recasting them in the same series as different unrelated characters, weird. I did like the girl who replaced Loken in the two sequels, she was even better I thought.

I just watched the first one. The script is beyond awful, and the fight scenes are a joke. Loken was really bad. Ben Kingsley - what a waste of time casting a really good actor in something this bad.
Yet, it's somewhat watchable, even if it is a very poorly made movie.
