I honestly don't get DC-Fan right now. I'll admit I've acted immaturely about Marvel vs. DC, but dear God, I can't fathom pulling a stunt like this. I know he's a troll, but what is the endgame he's hoping to accomplish here? To steal what Star-Lord said to Rocket Raccoon, to make everyone on IMDb v2.0 to hate him? Because it's working. This. All of this. So, so much. I already didn't like DC-Fan, because he's annoying. I don't detest him, because I won't allow myself to. If I allow him to get under my skin that much, he's already won. Or maybe its not worth the bother, because he apparently doesn't care who he offends or if he reopens old, deep wound. He didn't, mind you. His comment didn't tear that deep. It was just very angering.

Yeah, the anonymity granted by the internet allows for all kinds of nastiness you would never get away with in polite society. If he said something like during a real life person-to-person argument with an MCU fan, he'd really be gambling with his personal health, because if that MCU fan either also had family in the military or WAS in the military... Oh, to be a fly on the wall for the ensuing beatdown. It was a bit difficult to admit.I know, right? It's one helluva hard thing for anyone to do--I know it is for me--but that's life, I suppose. Really, a sincere thank you.

Guess this was a line they weren't willing to cross, so good on them.

I'm not a troll and I'm just questioning why you and other MCU fans here think that being frozen for 70 years and then waking up a healthy young man in a world that has plenty of things that weren't available 70 years ago is a sacrifice like soldiers who were killed or maimed fighting for their country in war.
You and MCU fans still won't explain why you think that. Is it because you know I'm right and you truly are ashamed of yourself for claiming that Steve Rogers made a sacrifice when he made no sacrifice at all?Ok, I'll bite into this stupidity. I never once saw anyone here say Captain America sacraficed himself. The characters in the fucking movie thought he sacaficed himself to save the world from Hydra, but we MCU fans knew he survived because the fucking Avengers were coming the following year. As many said on here, there have family memebers are serving in the military right now, and some had tragically lost their lives protecting the country they loved. Some said even they love Captain America, so don't you dare tell us that we hate our military.

ArArArchStanton, formersamhmd, and weirdraptor are among the many MCU fans here who have repeatedly claimed that Steve Rogers sacrificed himself. Some said even they love Captain America, so don't you dare tell us that we hate our military. When MCU fans here claim that Steve Rogers being alive and living as a healthy young man in a world that has plenty of things that weren't available in the 1940s was a sacrifice equivalent to Steve Trevor sacrificing his life to help end a world war, then I can and will say that those MCU fans are insulting our military. And if you defend those MCU fans, then you just as bad as those MCU fans.
So I'll ask you point blank the question that you and other MCU fans here still won't answer:
Are you claiming that being frozen for 70 years and waking up as a healthy young man in a world that has plenty of things that weren't available 70 years ago is a sacrifice like the soldiers who were killed or maimed fighting for our country in a war?
It's a YES or NO question so it's not that hard to answer. There are only 2 possible answers. So which is it? Did Steve Rogers sacrifice himself (like many MCU fans here claimed) or not?

Guess what, he didn't.
Seriously, you're actually sinking to Joby Dimms' level.
I say he's closer to Boaman5435's level.

I say he's closer to Boaman5435's level. Why? Who was this guy? A fat little loser from YouTube who collects snakes and other dangerous reptiles and usually makes documentation videos of them where he unknowingly mistreats them badly and gives bad advice about them to viewers. He's also DC and X-Men fan boy who likes their worst iterations the best, a total nut job, has disgusting political, racial, and sociological views, and makes threats to people who disagree with him. He was once good friends with Andre Cedeno, aka MovieWorldExpress aka DCWorldAcessInfinity aka etc., etc., etc...Now they're at each other's throats, or were.

Did Steve Rogers sacrifice himself (like many MCU fans here claimed) or not?Even if they did, who cares? It's not like they said "Captain America sacraficed his life unlike the U.S. soldiers fighting the war." Also, why do you care what Steve Trevor did and what Steve Rogers didn't? They're both fictional characters. And to answer your dumbass question, no he didn't, but he did saved the world, but I don't know why you care so much about what we think about a fictional character saving the world from a fictional threat.

Didn't know you could drop to a new low here. I liked it better when you were just an annoying little prick. No need to lower your standards to a piece of shit Like I explained to you idiot MUC fans, I'm not the one who dropped to a low here. It's MCU fans who dropped to a low by continually claiming that Steve Rogers made a sacrifice like Steve Trevor did. I've said over and over again that STEVE ROGERS MADE NO SACRIFICE AT ALL! Just because Rogers ended up surviving doesn't mean anything, it doesn't change that he and everyone else thought he was going to die. And when Trevor gets brought back, you'll be eating crow.

We already know that MCU hates US soldiers since MCU movies always portray US soldiers as either corrupt or incompetent. Now there a many MCU fans who claim that Wonder Woman copied The First Avenger because Steve Trevor sacrificed himself in Wonder Woman and Steve Rogers sacrificed himself in The First Avenger. But the last time I checked, Steve Rogers didn't die in WWII. Steve Rogers is not only still alive but now living in a world with color TV and Internet and plenty of other things that weren't available in the 1940s. That's not much of a sacrifice at all. MCU fans saying that Steve Rogers made a sacrifice is an insult to the millions of US soldiers (including Steve Trevor) who either died or were maimed fighting for their country in WWI or WWII. I'm sure every one of those US soldiers who were maimed fighting for their country in WWI or WWII would gladly trade places with Steve Rogers, who not only gets to live in a world with plenty of things that weren't available in the 1940s but is still a healthy young man who has super-strength due to taking a super-PED. But it's not surprising that MCU fans would insult all the US soldiers who either died or were maimed fighting for their country in WWI or WWII since MCU movies have always treated war as a big joke. To take a quote from Pepper Potts, this is a new level of lame

DC-Fan, I know I promised not to get involved any further (whew!), but I have to say this: If you had written this question, in this way, in the first place, you would not have received the pushback you're getting now. Why is that? Here, you're criticizing an in-story element of the movie and people's response to that. Fine. All that would have happened is that you and @weirdraptor would have gone back and forth, as usual, over which one's better--etc. That is not what you did in your OP. Rather, you questioned other Americans' appreciation for our troops. You asked, "Why do MCU fans hate US soldiers?" You wrote that fans of these movies "...insult all the US soldiers who either died or were maimed fighting for their country in WWI or WWII..." That is crossing the line, plain and simple. It is impeaching the character of an entire group of people, whom you do not know, for reasons that have nothing to do with the point at hand. I have no dog in this fight. I think both sets of movies are equally dull, but--comic book-wise--I've always been a fan of Superman, especially in Golden and Silver Age comics. But, to be honest, all that is irrelevant. You behaved in a way that insults a great number of people, when you could have asked a question, got involved in some back-and-forth, and been done with it. It's a grand ol' thing just called basic decency and respect. So your issue is with the wording of the title of this thread. Well, I can change the title to "Why do MCU fans insult and disrespect US soldiers?" instead of using the word "hate".
But the end result is the same. I'm 100% right when I say that MCU fans here insult US soldiers when they claim that Steve Rogers, who is not only still alive and living in a world with plenty of things that weren't available in the 1940s but also is still a healthy young man who has many opportunities for more relationships in his life (heck, Rogers was already making out with Peggy Carter's niece Sharon Carter before Peggy Carter's corpse even got cold in Civil War), made a sacrifice. I'm 100% right when I say that Steve Rogers made NO sacrifice and it's an insult to US soldiers who were killed or maimed fighting for their country in WWI and WWII to claim that Steve Rogers made a sacrifice.

That's the same thing as saying "hate" you dumb fuck. As usual, you ignored my response when you asked if Roger made a sacrifice, because, like usual whenever you suddenly just ignore the topic at hand, you know you've been beaten at your own game but too much of a chicken shit to admit it. But you disrespect every service men and women right now, especially when you try say that Steve Trevor's sacrifice is worthy of reality and of those who have died for this country even tho he's a fictional fuckin' character just like Steve Rogers is. All you're doing is grasping straws and finding stuff to complain about the MCU because they're still successful today and haven't been brought down, even when they have a flop like Inhumans. It's not even surprising that your shit was in response to Spider-Man passing Wonder Woman world wide gross.
