Over on The Soapbox they are still complaining about the "secret board" and who is being allowed into "Frank's Board". In that case, my prediction about the 2020s is that we'll become even more ridiculous than we are now.

In 2020 there are still complaints being posted about a cool reception to a dumb question made in an early post in Feb. 2017.
Resentment is still being expressed about the vast sum of money wasted on the rental of a recommended (but disliked) film.
By 2020 The non-sequitur thread will be 13,582 pages long.

The Simpsons will still remain on the air, but the original voice cast will finally quit around mid-decade.
Self-driving vehicles will come in slowly, in spite of quite a bit of political and motor industry resistance. By the end of the decade self-driving cars will mainly be available in larger cities in the developed world.
The cost of basic goods and services will continue to rise above the level of average wages. By the end of the decade the average family will have much less disposable income.
Most major news sites will exist behind a paywall.
