I thought I heard they were dropping all the Darkseid hints / connections? Things can change. It would be better to get a Darkseid connection.

I thought I heard they were dropping all the Darkseid hints / connections? Things can change. It would be better to get a Darkseid connection. Justice League: Don’t expect Darkseid or Lex Luthorby Eric Chrisman It seems that Steppenwolf will be the only major villain you see in Justice League.
Justice League is most definitely DC’s mightiest heroes coming together to face Steppenwolf and his Parademon troopers. We know that for sure. Still, Steppenwolf and for that matter, the Parademons are closely tied together with one of DC’s most powerful villains, Darkseid. Surely he will make some sort of appearance in the film, even if just to tease a future confrontation, right? Not according to the word on the final cut of Justice League. Simply put, with these major reshoots underway, not only are tones being changed, characters getting beefier roles and more character development (and mustaches being digitally erased), but fat trimming has been happening as well. Darkseid had a cameo at one point but that’s when it was Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Whether Snyder’s name is on the movie or not, this is now clearly Joss Whedon’s take on the film, or at least as close as he can make it with reshoots and what has already been filmed. And it apparently was Whedon’s decision to just cut Darkseid out entirely and have all the focus on Steppenwolf as the villain. Well, what about Lex Luthor then? It was cut from the theatrical release, but in Batman v Superman there is a scene that was added back into the “Ultimate Edition” where Lex was most definitely interacting with Steppenwolf. Will Luthor be involved somehow? The response on that also seems to be no. Basically, if Lex was ever supposed to be in the movie, he’s not anywhere to be seen in this final cut.

If they don't show Darkseid (I'm sure they'll namedrop him in a throwaway line) that would be surprising.

So I'm guessing that the final credit scene is the Justice League eating at Ihop?

Congratulations WB on finding new ways to copy the successful MCU formula! It’s a comic book universe, people expect some sort of build up. I almost forgot you wouldn’t know that since you’re a hater. See you in a couple months.

Congratulations eattheeloi for wasting your time and make a senseless post, to provoke a marvel vs. dc fight. he is hilariously obtuse, even ignorant of the fact that many a CMB (like X-Men) and genre films before MCU used the post credit concept.

MCU fans think that MCU Dictator Kevin Feige invented the idea of shared cinematic universes and that Kevin Feige also invented the idea of post-credit scenes.

Now he is back desperately trying to prove he's no ArchStanton sock, which considering his intellectual output has failed so far.

Remember when the DCEU was definitely not going to use post credit scenes? Remember when the DCEU was going to stick with it's dark tone and never use any jokes? Good times.......

I didn’t know what I wrote was emotional, like your last comment. You also contradicted yourself because technically, you’re a fanboy as well. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here all the time.

I was making a reference to the lame Avengers credit scene. Was it the Joss Whedon Joke in the other thread? You know I wasn't serious about it. Sheesh! I never said I wasn't a fanboy, I said that I was tired of the radical ones on this site, who can't even take a joke without getting upset, which judging from your reply...you did seem a little upset.
