1) The people inside the mall vote for VIC to be thrown out to die (because he put their lives in danger) instead of forgiving him. Were those really the only choices? Couldn't they tie him somewhere and keep an eye on him?
2) SHELLEY calls ALEX a liar. She did lie, but confessed later on her own. It seems like the writer of the episode intended for this to be the case of someone being emotionally illogical because another someone caused the death of another another someone. However, ALEX isn't responsible. She couldn't have saved LILA and her lie didn't affect anyone.
