Anybody have any ideas as to what would make, or have made, a fun cross-over episode for any two shows in tv history (even if both were from different eras)? For instance, many people compare the two 'fantasy' shows "Bewitched" and "I Dream of Jeannie"......how COOL would it have been if somebody had not only gotten the idea, but actually been able to pull off getting an episode made where "Samantha" actually meets "Jeannie" (since both just happened to be in production around the same time) ?? Or how about, "The Brady's" meet "The Partridges" (resulting in "Greg Brady" asking "Shirley Partridge" out on a date ) ?? Anyone ?? SAVE FERRIS

My favorite actually happened. Detective Munch from Homicide did a cross over with The X-Files. Those are 2 of my favorite TV shows of all time. Munch not only crossed over to a different show he crossed over to a different network. It was a flashback episode that showed how Fox Mulder met the Lone Gunmen cleverly titled Unusual Suspects.
If you like crossovers you should love Det. John Munch. Munch has become the only fictional character, played by a single actor, to physically appear on 10 different television series. These shows were on five different networks: NBC (Homicide: Life on the Street, Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Trial by Jury, and 30 Rock); Fox (The X-Files and Arrested Development); UPN (The Beat); HBO (The Wire) and ABC (Jimmy Kimmel Live!). Munch has been one of the few television characters to cross genres, appearing not only in crime drama series, but sitcom (Arrested Development), late night comedy (Jimmy Kimmel Live!) and horror and science fiction (The X-Files).

Are you sure you don't mean the daughter, Laurie Partridge? Well considering Barry Williams aka Greg asked Florence Henderson on a date, very well could mean Shirley Partridge
