Any fans of the band Alice In Chains and/or their seminal album "Dirt"? Hard to believe it's been 25 years already. Many consider it to be the band's best album and I can't argue with that. The singles "Them Bones", "Down in a Hole", "Rooster", "Would?" and "Angry Chair" are classics and still played on the radio to this day. I do think the album tracks, particularly "Dirt" and "Junkhead", give the album its beating heart.

I remember the first time I heard Rooster. It was late 92 early 93. I slept with a radio going on low volume for some noise and I woke up in the middle of the night and the song had just started. It was pretty eerie with just the guitar intro and vocals. I listened to the whole song and I don't think I slept the rest of the night.
