MILLER'S CROSSING was well-directed and has good performances, especially Marcia Gay Harden's. While it's not boring, there's no sense of urgency (even for a slow movie). There are some deep and memorably violent moments, but overall I felt like I was watching actors playing dress-up and watching costume and production designers... doing their equivalent playing of dress-up. 5/10 ------------------------------------- You can read comments of other movies in my blog (in English, in Spanish or in Italian).

10/10 My favorite movie from the brilliant Coen Brothers. Your taste in film is questionable.
