I feel like the MCU fans started it. In 2008, The Dark Knight destoryed Iron Man at the Box Office. The Dark Knight was getting critical acclaim, won an acting oscar, was named 'best CBM ever" by so many people etc... Then Green Lantern came out and the MCU fans jumped on that like a dog in heat. They finally had something to make fun of DC fans for. Then the DC fans just said "Well, that wasn't Nolan. Also, that was DC's attempt to copy Marvel. It's just as good as a Marvel film."Then TDKR came out, same thing. Avengers made more money and the MCU fans touted it over the DC fans heads. DC fans were saying "It was due to the theater shooting, it gave it a bad stigma. Plus, that was a Batman SOLO film, Avengers was a team up film." It wasn't until Man of Steel that the DC fans started really having a lot to say. The MCU fans started playing the victim and talking about how awesome their universe was, etc... I personally feel MoS was good, but so many people are divided on it. I'm not going to go into history about it, but from there it's just become worse and worse. I bolded the second paragraph in your response because I don't recall any of that happening. Green Lantern came out when...2011, yeah, that was a horrible movie, and Thor and Captain America were better movies, but I don't remember MCU dogpiling onto Green Lantern. I think the critics dogpiled onto that trash.

Frankly I don't know why you don't just ignore them. I do, and they don't bother me at all. Just stop reading what they're writing. It's great. You do know you're part of it right? I just post honest comments. I don't try to troll or anything like that. And most of the time I'm highlighting why aspects of the MCU work really well when people challenge them. If you're saying I'm never allowed to express that I find one company to do things well and the other one not to, then I don't know what you're expecting.

I like Marvel more than DC. I dont hate DC, I just dont like a lot of their movies. Because they are not that good in my opinion. I respect everybody's personal taste. But when people dont respect mine I will bite back.

It's been going almost 10 years and in that time it's been getting progressively worse, can't see it slowing down any time soon. I actually wonder what it would be like if both companies were doing well instead of how imbalanced it has been. Would the rivalry be more fun? The rivalry goes back to 2008 when The Dark Knight and Iron Man both came out. So in answer to your question; no, fanboys were still insufferable back when both companies had good films out.

They were the ones who swarmed the Ironman board spamming crap like "Ironman suxx!" No, Green Lantern got dogpiled on all sides because it sucked. I recall Nolanites trolling the Avengers board for months before it was released, saying it was bad and would flop. Anything the MCU fans did on the Dark Knight Rises board, the Nolanites brought on themselves. Um, no. DC fans were loudmouths who put down every Marvel film in the MCU long before Man of Steel came out. Nice attempt at revisionist history, though, creep. MoS sucked, and you're wrong to like it. I am will to go into the history of it, since you love to skew the truth.

Well, actually, mello claims to be a Post-Graduate in that field. However, since none of his posts reflect that kind of education, I know he's lying.

Does it fucking matter who started it? Jesus, a thread asking how long DCEU/MCU bickering will continue turns into DCEU/MCU bickering about who started the bickering!
