Thoughts?
As with the Twilight Zone movie, the worst segment is from the most prolific director. I'm a big Kevin Smith fan, but that was utter garbage. I enjoyed the Seth Green one the most (Christmas). Valentine's and New Year's were also good. I drifted off during the rest.
I'd rank them:
Christmas Valentine's New Year's Easter Father's Day St Patty's Mother's Day Halloween

I watched this last year, so it's not fresh in my mind, but yes I certainly agree that Kevin Smith's segment was by far the worst. It not only was terrible from a conceptual standpoint, but it also really looked cheap and shirty. I know Kevin Smith isn't known for being an aesthetic master, but this was really amateurish stuff from a guy whose an accomplished director. Also, the script is horrible, it's logic doesn't work, it's not funnt, it's totally weird and unforgivable that he cast his own underage daughter as a sex worker, and given that he had the great luck of landing the Halloween segment it's he finely bizarre that his story has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with Halloween. That should have been the easiest one to get right in this movie and he got it just about as wrong as possible. I like the guy generally, but this thing was completely worthless.
I remember thinking that Mother's Day was actually pretty decent. It had a nice idea behind it and was unsettling and intriguing, Easter had the cool rabbit monster, New Year's Eve had an entertaining twist to it, and St. Patrick's Day was cool until the end when some lame effects came into play. Then again, like I said, I have not seen it in a while.
The major standout though was Father's Day. That was the only one where at the end I felt myself being disappointed that it was over. I wanted that one to keep going and answer it's highly effective set up. I didn't think that ending really worked, largely because it didn't give us any answers, but it was easily the best directed and the most compelling story, even though it was so simple. That bit of mystery really worked and it felt like it was going to lead to an excellent climax. I think that was only segment that could have been expanded into feature length. It was also the only one which made me excited to see what that director would do next. Otherwise, they were mostly uunderwhelming.
