Voted for
Moody Blues Dire Straits Kate Bush Sister Rosetta Tharpe
Glad to see Radiohead in the middle of the pack. I thought they'd be a shoe-in initially.
I haven't looked at past years, but I have a feeling the first position on the ballot alphabetically (Bon Jovi) might get them some extra votes.

Is it only 4 you can vote for? If so...
Sister Rosetta Tharpe Depeche Mode Kate Bush
Then I'm torn between Link Wray, Radiohead and MC5.
That Sister Rosetta Tharpe has not been inducted in any way in the 30+ years the RRHOF has been in existence is nothing short of shocking.

Voted for Cars, Depeche, Judas, Rage, Sister.
Moody, MC5 and Dire could also get votes if I go back other days.
It'll probably be Bon Jovi as they're by far the most mainstream and well known act. After all, ratings, links, hits, likes, etc. are important for such an endeavor.

Bon Jovi's so New Jersey, but all I know is Livin' on a Prayer and Wanted Dead or Alive, plus whatever got played on the Sopranos.

Well, remember though that the entire fan vote only counts as like 1/800th of the vote or something ridiculous like that. Basically, I think they poll 799 people--critics, industry people, etc.--whoever Jann Wenner's buddies are, and then the entire fan vote counts as ONE vote of 800.

Hasn't everyone that's won the fan vote been inducted (I might be wrong)? That implies a massive coincidence, or that the fan vote somehow influences real voters into voting for fan faves. Were these acts suddenly popular enough when for years they weren't?

I thought the fan winner was automatic, but they may have been elected, anyway.

I've never followed it that much . . .partially because I learned that supposedly the fan vote only counts as 1/800th
