I'd rank it last.
1. Lucasfilm 2. Pixar Animation Studios 3. Walt Disney Animation Studios 4. Marvel Studios
The other three just have superior output, IMO.

Oh that's hard to say.
Marvel's movies have all been pretty good and well received, some of them have had great reviews. They weakest ones came early on.
Pixar seemed as though it could do no wrong at one point but ever since Cars 2 they haven't been the same at all. They've had a few good movies but then Cars 3 and in particular The Good Dinosaur weren't too good at all.
Walt Disney Studios has done the reverse they really picked up with Frozen. I'd actually say they were better than Pixar now.
Lucasfilm have had a mixed bag of Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies but the last two were pretty good.
I'd go with
1. Marvel 2. Walt Disney Studios 3. Lucas Film 4. Pixar
If I basing them off of the last 5 years or so.

Pixar is IMO. Though, as mentioned above, they've had some misses recently.

Are we counting the films made under Disney-lucas film or just Lucas film in general?

I think Pixar has the highest highs that sustained for the longest time. But as mentioned, they have fallen off considerably. Odd thing there...what happened to Pixar? They had a run of classic movies. 11 Fresh on RT movies in a row at one point. That's amazing. That's a ridiculously hard thing to do so it wasn't a huge crime that they finally went rotten with their 12th movie (Cars 2). Since then they've been fresh, but on a much lower level than before. A lot of 70% RT scores.
Star Wars also has some highs that are enviable. A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back are among the most well regarded and "important" movies ever made. But then you've got the Prequels and that brings down the average to the basement. Hard to overcome 3 blood curdling fails like that. They've done pretty well with Rogue One and The Force Awakens, but it's hard to shake the feeling that Star Wars fans mostly enjoy them because they are not as terrible as the Prequels.
Marvel also has some incredible highs. Their shared universe idea changed the way movies are made as much as Pixar and Star Wars did. They've got a wide variety of output too. Avengers, Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Ant-Man, Spider-man, and apparently Thor 3 are all very different in tone. But somehow they make it all fit together. Marvel is on the longest RT fresh streak of any of them. Currently at 16 straight and counting. Even Pixar couldn't pull that off. Marvel's worst movies like Thor 2 and The Incredible Hulk were at least entertaining enough to be worth watching. So they have the highs without the lows of Pixar and especially not Star Wars.
Disney animation is not something I pay much attention to so I can't comment.
So currently I would rank them:
1-Marvel: No studio is hotter than them right now 2-Star Wars: They are at least getting people excited about SW again 3-Pixar: Due for a rebound 4-Disney: Haven't been a game changer since the mid-1900s

1. Pixar - Mostly Great but they have had some recent misses. 2. Marvel - Mostly decent to great with misses like Thor 2, The Incredible Hulk and Iron Man. 3. Walt Disney Studios - Have only had one standout movie and that was Zootopia. Frozen, Tangled and Jungle Book were good but nothing special. 4. Lucasfilm - TFA was a complete rehash and nothing special but still enjoyable to an extent, Rebels was good but no where near as great as The Clone Wars, Rogue One was great, Forces of Destiny is an insult to Star Wars. So far I don't think Disney has done a good job besides Rogue One and Rebels if TLJ ends up being a rehash of Empire then I can honestly say that Star Wars was better off during the prequel age.

Nope, Pixar.
1. Pixar 2. Marvel Studios 3. Walt Disney Animation 4. Lucasfilms, they're still young, and they've only made 2 movies so far, and I wasn't a big fan of Rogue One.

Tied between the main Disney Productions and Marvel Studios. Then Lucasfilms. Then way, way, WAY down the line...
Pixar, which hasn't had a single good film since Toy Story 3.

For now i think Disney Animation is the worst ( i actually didn't like a movie from them in a long time). Followed by Lucasfilm( i only liked Rougue One and and there's a chance it will remain like this for a long time). Marvel and Pixar are good

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Pixar_films#receptionI think that kinda sums it. Prior to Cars 2 every single movie except for Cars had over a 92%. Seriously 9 out of 11 movies Pre-Cars 2 have over a 95%. Even Marvel couldn't do anything like that. Then Cars 2 came out and it was their first rotten movie and they've not been able to maintain that streak again. Now only two of their last 7 movies have got over 80%. With Disney having Wreck it Ralph, Frozen, Big Hero 6, Zootopia and Moana back to back then they've definitely had the better streak of movies this decade.

Inside Out? Strike 1: Cars 2 Strike 2: Brave Strike 3: Monsters University Ok, I think Inside Out is their best since Toy Story 3. It's a masterpiece IMO. Not to mention that Coco looks really good too. What are your thoughts on the Walt Disney Animation Studios now? Wreck-It Ralph? Frozen? Zootopia?

Even if one does not care for this film or this genre, Inside Out is objectively speaking a masterpiece on a writing and execution level. It's the exception to the rule regarding the oft criticised unimaginative formula writing in Hollywood films: creative, ideas-based storytelling on the human condition. I fail to imagine how weirdly obtuse one must be to fall out of this general consensus on the craft and artistry of this movie.

If we are talking about iconic output as well as creative ideas and idea based storytelling and innovation, it's abundantly clear:
1. Lucasfilm ex equo with Walt Disney Animation Studios 3. Pixar Animation Studios (very, very close to the big houses) ... 4. Marvel Studios (iz limited to formula cartoon movies)
If we just talking Lucasfilm since the takeover (New Lucasfilm), the creativity and imagination argument clearly fails (Rebels and RO are good but hardly innovative or creative; TFA is a mere rehash on fanfic level; other IPs have hardly been touched so far) and we'd get the following:
1. Walt Disney Animation Studios 3. Pixar Animation Studios
.... 4. Marvel Studios 5. New Lucasfilm

What are your thoughts on the Walt Disney Animation Studios now? Wreck-It Ralph? Frozen? Zootopia? I'll think about, but Cars 3 and their other recent output doesn't give me high hopes for anything they've made. Honestly, I'm loving Walt Disney Animation Studio's work right now. I've pretty much liked everything from Tangled to Moana.

Nah, Pixar is the top dog. MCU has done well for something only around for 10 years though.
