I mean is it ok to dehumanize really rotten criminals who are mass rapists/murders/killers as "animals" or "monsters"? i do think so like say Jeffery Dahmer or any serial killer.

I think it would be a mistake because they are humans. By making them an "other", you're disregarding the fact that humans are capable of such malicious acts. What everyone has to understand is that all these morally bankrupt people who kill, rape... have been failed by society. Either parents (or police/CPS), schools, psychiatrists and other psychiatric personnel. Far too many people are ushered through normal, unaccompanied lives and this is how travesties like Sandy Hook and Las Vegas are born.
Random and mandatory psychological evaluation for all.
