Red Dead Redemption. Could be padded out to fill multiple seasons.
Borderlands. Make be expensive though perhaps HBO can manage the costs.

Tend to think the games that'd make good shows are the games with an expansive universe and a lot of lore to draw from. In that case definitely not Bioshock, since it takes place in a self-contained environment. Borderlands could since it has the whole planet of Pandora to explore.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Shadow Man
Both would probably benefit from a movieβs big budget, but being in TV series format would allow them to take more time exploring the different characters and such, so there are pros and cons to both options.

Resident Evil could be great. I know there's movies but they never really followed the storyline of the games.
