I haven't as such, though there have been cases where I was glad to see a villain get to have a second chance at being good.
Have you ever rooted for a villain in a film/show/book/game?

I did in The Lost World: Jurassic Park. The "heroes" were so horrible (except Malcolm) that I had no issue rooting for the BIG BAD CORPORATION and the MEAN, EVIL HUNTERS! That whole film was a case of letting your political bias get in the way of just making a good movie.

In the movie Bound I was kinda rooting for Caesar (Joe Pantoliano) But at the same time I was rooting for Violet (Jennifer Tilly) and Corky (Gina Gershon). Probably why I like the movie so much.

Sometimes, yes. Particularly Wile. E. Coyote.

Frequently. I typically see horror film villains as antiheroes.

Most lifetime movies, I end up siding with the 'villain', especially when they did everything within the law and/or when the 'hero/ine' overreacts over and over again.

Texas Chainsaw 3D. Most of the characters were stupid or terrible people so I was rooting for Leatherface big time.

I really wanted all the annoying "good" guys to die in Star Wars. So I suppose Darth Vader.

Yeah, a few times. Alien vs Predator immediately springs to mind, just because how fucking annoying or bland all the human characters were.
