It really depends on the state of mind I'm in. If I'm angry the only thing that'll work for me is punching stuff. Preferably a punching bag, but if I'm not around one a wall will have to suffice. If I'm nervous/stressed out breathing exercises work like a charm.
I like going for walks and listening to music, and I do enjoy a good jigsaw puzzle, but for me those are more of a pre-emptive measure. Also, silence.
