They always have some sort of warning notice posted on the front doors that says something like "Due to security issues, Halloween costumes are not allowed"... but then you go in, and notice many of the tellers are wearing Halloween costumes.

Well, darn: today was a bust. I went to my bank and nobody was dressed up for Halloween. (Plus, I noticed the notice wasn't posted on the door this year.)

I went to my bank this afternoon, and nothing Halloween related was going on their either.
Maybe too many people are involved with other "causes" this year, than to think about robbing banks in costumes.
