I just finished a very brief book (40 pages including cover) from 1920 called Sham; a social satire, which is actually a one-act stage play published in book form. An amusing little comedy. I enjoyed reading it. It is public domain (the copyright has expired) and can be easily found online (I read it on the Internet Archive website).
The reason I read it is because it was adapted several times for mid-1940s television. So, I get to read a 1920s play and research TV history at the same time. How cool is that?
Makes me wonder if there's any radio adaptions....

I recently finished issue 21 of The Home Computer Course. It is a magazine from the 1980s. It can be found online with some googling.
I particularly enjoyed the articles on the Osbourne-1 "portable" computer, computers in educational toys, and an unusual word processing device called the Microwriter.
