Top bombing this week from AJ-June & Weststigersbob with 110 each, showing us Brits (and Irish) how it is done. And respectable centuries from Staggsy, MidiklorianCont & myself, on what I thought was a very, very tough week. No games next week, as we're on another international week (boo!), but after that the games will be coming thick and fast (yay!), midweek fixtures start rearing their head towards the end of the month, then we have a packed Xmas schedule, so keep your eyes peeled for that! You probably missed this at the beginning of the season, but the winner takes it over next season, that is basically the punishment for coming first. Unless I win it again then 2nd place takes it over, but if 2nd is one of the deserters, then I guess we will have to defer it to 3rd place. Unless of course Painbow wants to take it over, it is kind of his thing, so he should have first refusal. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is someone will need to take it over next season! |

This competition seems to be the prime event of Imdb V2 sports board and it keeps you interested week after week. It's not just about final winner. Weekly contests are also intresting! We have exactly 16 active players at the moment, which is the perfect number for a fun little knock out competition to keep the troops motivated and add a little extra spice. Would need two volunteers for the draw mind you. |

I still wouldn't say anyone is DEFINITELY out of it, but I don't think you'd want to be more than 200 points adrift by March (ish) time when the games are running out for you. So still plenty of time for everyone to stage a comeback. The bigger the comeback the sweeter the win! Still got my eye on Weststigersbob, he's definitely been the dark horse, I couldn't have started any better but I still haven't shaken some of these guys off which is a slight concern, because next 10 or 11 games, I'm probably not going to score as well. And still the Stanley Cup to play for right up till week 38, a score of over 170 is very, very achievable, I think that will be beaten several times. |

Fairly uniform scores so far this week. Nothing absolutely outstanding (for 8 games), nothing dreadful either.
The Scottish contingent leading the way so far (Izzy and Carl with 90), Painbow close behind. Still two games to go though.
