Well we got the mopey Eric scene over with early on. Nice of them to wander off in the middle of a battle to have their moment. How far did they walk? No gunshots can be heard in the background.

So it seems there was an online demand over the years of whatever happened to Morales? I guess he came back to explain what Rick already should know about 'doing things' to survive?

Yeah, I noticed that too...how far away to hear no gun fire? And how they just took a "time-out" from the battle. Favorite parts: Daryl shooting Morales in the head with a "Fuck, whatever" attitude. Gregory crying "I DIDN'T EAT THOSE PANCAKES!!" ....seldom get a laugh out of this show since they killed off Abraham.

Favorite parts: Daryl shooting Morales in the head with a "Fuck, whatever" attitude. Maybe the main reason for Morales coming back was to show Daryl's transformation to the dark(er)-side.

So does that mean we're going to get more kill/don't kill 'writing?' Like Morgan's every life is precious wasn't enough dragged out over a season.

I'm just hoping that the writers move us past the Negan/Saviors plot line sometime within the next 37 seasons.

They dragged out the Morgan won't kill shit for about a billion seasons and now he's all about killing fucking everyone. So I guess that entire arc was pointless. Token gay died. Whatever. But hey look, it's Morales and... oh he's dead too now. Like I gave a shit.
Total filler this one. Literally nothing new happens that hadn't already happened last week with the single exception of the king being ambushed. Which also didn't happen... because that's next week's episode.
Good grief.

They finally appeased the Morales shouters by bringing him back for a scene, they got that over with. The early character I would like to see again is Guillermo, the kid at the nursing home who was in charge. Not an administrator, but a janitor.

Like Morgan's every life is precious wasn't enough dragged out over a season. Exactly. They are already beginning to work this angle to justify Rick NOT killing Negan in the end, (even though he promised to). 'Supposed to show Rick's desire to "return to civilization". It's a hard pill to swallow, after all that Negan has done. This is what they have to do to follow the comic's basic story line. You could tell Rick was pissed at Daryl for killing Morales, and that single savior at the end. It could be interesting if it comes to Rick and Daryl being on opposing sides. Tara and Morgan are both ready to "kill'em all".I don't think Tara has ever killed a human. I think if she ever does, she will feel different. I DO so wish Morgan had shot that rat-faced prick Jared, though! I'm pretty sure the "war" will wrap-up by the end of this season, but the Saviors will still be around, as in the comics. I think Morgan will die as well.
