Do you think it would be possible for a band or singer who don`t sing in english to be as big as the Beatles was ?

No. A foreign language singer/band would always be seen as a bit of a novelty act. From that Japanese guy in the '60s to that Korean Gang-um style guy, foreigners can have big hits, make money...but a novelty act. A blip on the global charts.
Great song, but could never be more than a novelty act:
Best a foreign band can do is sing English with an accent. Abba did monumentally well singing English with Swedish accents.

What's the framework? In their own country, their own country vs Beatles in Britain, or worldwide? Worldwide, probably no.
