1. I feel like number one fits the character of RDJ, Black Widow, Falcon, Ant-Man, and Star-Lord. I also feel like there are certain characters who are funny but not trying to be funny like Bruce Banner or Drax. But I do agree that most other MCU characters shouldn't be like that and it's gotten way out of hand.
2. People criticize that? That's stupid. They should knock that off. It's ridiculous. They love each other, the world might end, show some love.
3. Disagree about AoU. Agree about Civil War. The only defense I have against Civil War is the fact that Tony overreacted. Not because he shouldn't have been seriously angry about Winter Soldier killing his parents, but because he would have been just as defensive if it were Rhodey in Bucky's shoes. But I never really agreed with Cap in this movie. He's Captain friggin America. He should have brought Bucky in and defended him there. It's not one of my least favorite MCU films, but I think it's the most overrated. The only real saving grace for me is the airport sequence. It's one of the best comic book movie scenes I've seen. That scene and No Man's Land from Wonder Woman are probably my favorite.
4. I'm not entirely sure if that's true. It's a compelling argument though. But I'd have to say it would be an interesting twist if the MCU was full of the hardcore, dark, badass heroes who seek vengeance when it's been shouted from the rooftops that it's the opposite.
I have my own question and answer. I'm a huge MCU fan but it's hard to talk positively about the villains. It's pretty much just Loki and probably Abomination if you ignore the actual film. Ultron was the most stereotypical AI villain that it made me feel SO disappointed. The best villain of the MCU so far has been Wilson Fisk from Daredevil. Adrian Toomes wasn't bad. He had a decent backstory and a serious motivation. They need to start building a more cohesive universe around the TV shows and movies. I also think Ares was the worst DC villain so far, but I like to think that the true villain of Wonder Woman was the evil in humanity.. which kind of makes it the most realistic, most amazing villain in comic book movie history.
Anyways.. that's my time.
