mmmmmh, so difficult man! It's either EmoRen, Kylo Ben and Darth Platypuss for me. Who to chose...? Ah, it's a tie I guess, they all sucked Sith balls.

For me it is clearly the Kylo Ren character. I cannot remember a villain character that made me wince and laugh so hard even before seeing the movie (the promo photo sulking John Snow-like into the snow) and during the film. He is an unconvincing and unbalanced character composite of Dark Helmet, Anakin and Vader:
- Kylo is a high-ranking, but extremely incompetent and cartoonish leader (letting prisoners escape twice, destroying a village and castle with the desired map in it, killing off people who might know where the map is etc);
- who gets into hysterical, cartoonish hissy fits at every failure swinging his silly saber like a rabid 8 year old suffering a temper tantrum;
- Kylo worships granddad Vader and asks him to protect him from the light, despite it being common knowledge that Vader turned to the light side, thereby destroying the dark side, and has become a Force ghost,
- Kylo speaks of conflict, but it does not show in any in his actions, in fact he is a ruthless, brutal idiot;
- He wants to kill his father just to become fully "evil" (killing millions in genocide is not evil enough it seems), but without having any clear or understandable motivation for wishing doing that;
- He gives off a rape-y and drooling vibe (“I can do anything I want”) vis-a-vis a young scavenger woman (referred to as "girl");
- he stupidly takes off his helmet during an interrogation, revealing he is a YA emo-softy with a silly blow-dry haircut (for me the most laughable scene in recent memory) – never surrender power to the interrogated
; - and he immediately loses against that untrained "girl" in a battle of Force skills when he tries to mind rape her;
- he then runs away and whines and squeals about it to "big daddy" Snoke ;
- and, not to forget, he is the prime antagonist who finally gets bested by the untrained scavenger women in saber fighting and strength, and is then marked AND emasculated by her by cutting his sabre in two.
- The last we see of the poor wretch is him being saved from the untrained girl by a chasm opening and then - presumably – saved by his greatest rival Hux, who always second guessed him.
I see why kids can identify with this, but I am simply too old for this juvenile shite, maybe Kylo may have worked as a secondary villain but not as prime antagonist vs a Mary Sue character.

Agreed! Worst written character portrayed by a terrible and cartoony looking actor. Indeed. I hate his stupid face. He was a douche, lower than Jar Jar Binks. Low spot in the franchise.

To me, Ben Solo was an adolescent rebelling against his family that got trapped in the persona he built as part of that rebellion and grew up. Eventually that persona, Kylo Ren, was pretty much all that was left. Sometimes that piece of his original identity rises up against the lie kindled by Snoke that has taken him over, but is usually subdued. Kylo still has trouble "escaping the truth that is his family", AKA that "call to light" and always will. Grievous had a cough and 4 light sabers. I hated this character, (and this movie in general), that I wouldn't spend the effort and time to try to rationalize his motives and behavior.

They are dead to me My heart aches for you at this trying time, and I felt that I must let you know how deeply sorry I am about your divorce. I know this must be a painful experience, and I hope it will not be long before the clouds start to lift. I don't want to intrude, but I do want to be a supportive friend. Please call if you need anything or if you just want to talk.

Kylo Ren is a lost cause at this point,he lost to a girl who only knew about the force in her for about a day. I can't believe there are people who want to see him back.

We have great special effects today but sadly, Hollywood has lost the ability to allow GOOD WRITERS to bring GOOD STORIES and PLOTLINES to us.

Grevious. His design sucked and his dialogue was atrocious.

His design was brilliant, especially how he could morph into a crawler and how the creepy alien in mech-suit foreshadowed Anakin fate. Most SciFi franchises including (TFA-Star Wars of late) would give their their balls to have only one design idea like this. And his character and dialogue was a homage to the beard-twilling villain-cowards of old. That one is done constantly on other shows like Futurama too "We are dooooooooomed". As Lucas said on the audio commentary: You must know your SciFi history to get the references.

I can't believe the hatred General Grievous is getting.
I love him.

first off Greivous was ok as a villain but overall a one trick pony he was there to lead the droids/droid army because dooku and others couldn't be bothered HOWEVER as I said once before Kylo Ren is a boy a brat with hero worship issues and is a dark side jedi not even a sith he is spastic has no training or very little,no leadership qualities not that we have a great organization to lead either but Kylo Ren is the winner by a long shot and flowerguy if you think Ren is sooooo great WHY PUT HIM ON THE LIST!!!!AT ALL!!!!
